Instructions for the online return registration

To have the return voucher sent to you online, simply call up the link of your order. This link is in the e-mail of your order confirmation and also in the e-mail with your invoice in the section "STATUSLINK".

No customer account is necessary to perform these steps!

After calling the link you will see the data of your order.

 

(1) Now you simply click on the button "Return".


(2) Now all articles are displayed in the overview. Select all the items you want to return and then click the button "Return":


(3) A window will open in which you can leave us a message. You can also simply write them on the return bill by hand.


After confirming the page, the order will be created automatically and you will receive an email from us with your return bill and a link to print out the DHL label for free return (if your return is from Germany).

 

Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive an email from us within the next 10-15 minutes. And pay attention to the instructions in this email on how to proceed!

The link is directing you to your order overview, where you can choose the option 'return'.  After doing so you get another overview of your order, where you can choose how many articles and which you want to return. Confirm your choice and leave us a message if you have neccessary information, like your reasons for return.

Afterwards you receive an email from us with a link to DHL and the return form. Please check your spam, if you do not find the email within the next 10-15 minutes in your inbox. Follow the further instructions in the email to get your label. Otherwise you can request a DHL label directly here https://amsel.dpwn.net/abholportal/gw/lp/portal/wirpackens/customer/RpOrder.action?delivery=RetourenLager01 DHL will send you a label directly via mail. You can, but do not need to use your order ID as reference. If you have no access to a printer to print out the return label, you can show the QR-label at the DHL-shop. They will print it for you.

I don't have a printer, what can I do, is there a DHL QR code? 


When you register your return with DHL, DHL will also provide you with a QR code. This will also be sent to you by e-mail with the shipping label. Simply show this QR code when you drop off your parcel at a branch, Packstation, parcel shop or parcel delivery service. DHL will then print the label for you.

I would like to exchange articles as part of the return

Of course, we can exchange one or more of the returned articles in another colour or size. Please place your wishes in a written way on the return form. After receiving your return we will send the requested replacements to you. 

It is not possible to exchange it for another item. In this case, simply place a new order.

Please note that when ordering with payment via Klarna Invoice, the original invoice remains valid and the payment deadline remains unchanged.

Can I send several returns in one package?

Yes, this is possible without any problems. Just put all the return slips in the package and send it to us.

Important note for returns from other countries -

If you want to return articles without our pre-made DHL-label (on your own costs) or from another country but Germany, you need to address your package to the following adress:

In case of a return please note the following:

The articles need to be in a condition, comparable to a condition they would be in after they were tried on in a local shop. Hence, you must not remove hangtags or other fixed parts of the articles.

If the articles are in worse condition than it could be expected after a try on, we reserve the right to demand compensation for their value. Please also note our cancellation policy.

Refund of your return credit

On the day the return is received in our warehouse, a credit will be issued after the goods have been checked. The credit amount will be automatically returned to you using the payment method you used to pay us. In the case of bank transfers, there may be a booking time of 2-3 days.
