Shipping costs
In addition to the indicated product prices, we charge the following shipping costs per order:
Shipping address within Germany:
From a value of goods of 50.00 EURO we deliver within Germany by Adenauer Premium DHL shipping free of charge! *Please note our advice in case of partial withdrawal!
Up to a value of goods of 49,99 EURO we charge only a shipping and handling fee of 4,95 EURO, Adenauer - Premium DHL go green shipping included!
Adenauer premium DHL go green - shipping means: For orders and confirmed receipt of payment from Monday to Friday until 2 pm, the shipment will be made on the same day by DHL go green. For orders and confirmed receipt of payment on Friday from 2 p.m. until Sunday, the shipment will be made on the following Monday (if not a holiday).
Important Notice:
* If you are entitled to a right of withdrawal with regard to the order and should you make use of this right with regard to a part of your order after submitting your contractual declaration, with the consequence that the threshold value stated by us with regard to the purchase price not to be paid by you or the purchase price to be repaid by us would be undercut, we reserve the right to demand from you the proportionate shipping costs incurred for the remaining part of the order. However, this only applies if we had already informed you about the amount of the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before you submitted your contractual declaration or if you can easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs on the basis of our information before you submitted your contractual declaration.
Exception: Order by Payment in advance, here the shipment takes place after recieving of payment on our account.
Likewise, vouchers that are valid from a certain value of goods can no longer be deducted in this case and these will then also be deducted directly from the return amount.

We currently ship via DHL to the following countries:

Shipping costs to these countries are 15,95 EUR.
We are happy to ship to other countries upon request. Please contact us.
Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend you to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch to use. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and the delivery to your door will be done by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a reasonable price.

Delivery
Adenauer&Co. ships with the logistics partner DHL. Therefore, deliveries to packing stations are also possible!
Your order will be processed immediately after receipt. The shipment takes place Monday to Friday (on working days) if the order and payment are received by 14:00 on the same day, otherwise within 1 - 2 working days, unless the delivery time is otherwise specified in the product description.
Exception: Order by prepayment, here the shipment takes place after receipt of payment on our account.
With the shipment of the goods we will send you a shipping notice by e-mail.
If we are unable to deliver immediately or an item is not in stock we will contact you promptly.
